I am been practicing Ananda Yoga but recently started Kundalini Yoga, is it beneficial to practice both?
These two types of yoga are so diverse, it is beneficial for both or will not focus on just one; Kundalini is much more aggressive approach to physics, and more singing. Very different from Hatha Yoga! But I like both approaches. What experts say yoga?

I’m not a yoga expert but i reckon a mix between the two can be beneficial for your health as it can help you with different parts of the body and have a variety rather than just one type of method.
