What kind of yoga is good for tension?

I’ve always had a problem with stress, for apparently no reason. Now that work long hours, when I get home feels like forever until the shoulder is tight, especially if the neck and forehead. An Advil will do the trick, but it will depend on it. Can anyone recommend some form of yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, anything special? Thank you.

There are plenty of yoga books out there. For tension, pick a yoga that has a lot of stretching. You might also check your local yellow pages for meditation or yoga instruction.
